can hardly hurt me now
"Oh, if only I were fifteen," she would sigh. "I know that I shall love the world above, and the human beings who live up there!"

Happy Birthday Hermione Jean Granger (b. 19 September, 1979)
Still quite a bit left to do, but it’s really coming together! I like the colors in this dress so much more then my red and white version. I think it looks a lot less juvenile and way more magical.
It’s made from organza and chiffon with a tulle overlay and $60 of fake flowers.
In Greek mythology, Echo was an Oread (a mountain nymph) who loved her own voice. Zeus loved consorting with beautiful nymphs and visited them on Earth often. Eventually, Zeus’s wife, Hera, became suspicious, and came from Mt. Olympus in an attempt to catch Zeus with the nymphs.
Sometimes the old and beautiful nymph Echo would distract and amuse Zeus’ wife, Hera, with long and entertaining stories while Zeus took advantage of the moment to ravish the other mountain nymphs. attractive people: a poem
you are attractive
how and why
stop being attractive
im going to cry
icarus never dreamt of flying
persephone didn’t ask for a crown
daphne hardly wanted the love of a god
the myths are varied, true and false,
full of gods and monsters, fate and luck
but they are stories of more than magic
more than immortality and divinity
they are stories of people like you and me
people who didn’t pray for heroism
or for a throne high above on olympus
myths are stories of humans
who loved and lost like us
who fell from great heights
to even greater depths
the gods would never dare to tell
the secret of their myths:
but the truth is, the highest
form of divinity
